It was super fun getting to see a few of my photos from a road trip story I did on Nevada’s Highway 50 (aka: “The Loneliest Road in America”) published in a magazine for the Estonian Road Administration!
This was one of my favorite events last summer. The always amazing Heirloom LA teamed up with Individual Medley to create a camp inspired gathering filled with good food, good people, and hand picked details perfectly curated to feel like you escaped to a summer camp for the evening. For more behind what inspired this dinner, check out the interview on The Chalkboard Mag!
This fall, Heirloom LA hosted a dinner in their backyard and tasting room, The Salon, as an opportunity to share their commitment to small, local farms — in particular, their partnership with sustainable pig ranch Cook Pigs. The dinner was inspired by owners Krystina and Mike Cook, who feed their happy pigs avocado, macadamia nuts, acorns, fruit, apple pie scraps, and tortillas, and the evening’s conversation centered around awareness for humane efforts in ranching and organic farms. I was so honored to be a part of this beautiful evening. Check out the feature on The Chalkboard Mag in order to learn more in the full interview with Tara Maxey!
